The WGL Grand Finals 2015: 12 Teams. 2 Days. 1 Champion

The biggest event in the Wargaming.net League, the 2015 Grand Finals, is set to take center stage on April 25–26 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, Poland. With support from the City of Warsaw, the Grand Finals will see 12 elite World of Tanks teams go head-to-head in a series of intense skirmishes to determine who can rightfully be crowned world champion.

In this year’s Grand Finals, players and spectators can expect a new breed of the game mode—Attack/Defense—that is set to shift battles up a gear. Refined by the pros, this new setup adds a completely new level to gameplay, focusing on fast and furious battles where players must take the initiative regardless of whether they’re attacking or defending. There’s no chance of a draw, which means teams have nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. With only one season to refine their skills, viewers will get watch how well these teams have adapted.

The Wargaming.net League has attracted over 200,000 pro-gamers, hosted over 1000 tournaments, and amassed over 100,000,000 unique views—all during its first year. Now that the tournament is celebrating its second year, the 2015 Grand Finals will be a giant and engaging spectacle by drawing on the passion and enthusiasm of Wargaming, its players, fans, and everyone else involved.

In Wargaming’s pursuit to share the 2015 Grand Finals with everyone, not just World of Tanks and eSports enthusiasts, the event will be free to the public. Passionate spectators have a chance to get their hands on a cache of sweet prizes and exclusive goodie bags.
