Get ready to take on the world in the newly revamped Global Map. Whether you’re holed up in Europe, North America, Asia or Korea, you can gather your allies together and blaze a trail to victory. This Global Map is a totally new type of campaign and introduces many anticipated features such as Clan Wars integration, a completely reworked interface, and a hugely expanded map. Now players can conquer more areas and reap greater rewards.
This next stage has been dubbed “Clan Wars”, and combines Strongholds and Global Map. It brings with it a new form of currency: Influence. So, just what is Influence? Influence is earned when battling for provinces in Skirmishes. Players can then use it to bid on provinces across the map—but they’ll still have to battle it out to claim locations.
This new form of currency can also be invested into provinces, raising its Province Income, meaning more rewards. Influence can be used to purchase Divisions too, autonomous units that help maintain provinces. Divisions are a fully equipped battle unit with necessary number of tanks that does not depend on the number of members in the Clan.
With all those features that require Influence, there must be an additional way to acquire it, right? Well, Clans have the ability to reap more Province Income by improving their ELO rating. With the new Global Map, the combined revenue of all provinces can be up to three times as much as before, and at max level, the new Global Map will being producing 10 million Gold daily! That’ll buy a few Premium tanks with some change leftover.
To help commanders navigate around the map, a revamped UI and in-game tutorial makes it easier than ever to head into battle. The addition of flexible setting to vehicles tier, type and nation allows players to bring more tanks to the battlefield. No longer is Global Map reserved for Tier 10 vehicles; Tiers 6 and 8 can join the campaign too. Combined with a newly implemented seasonal model, events this year will earn players great rewards.
