Job Overview

 Wargaming Prague is looking to hire a seasoned HR professional, focused on providing and managing HR support to the business, serving as lead strategic partner in all HR related needs. This role will suit someone who thrives on fast paced, fast growth environments, and who wants to make a difference.

Reports To

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

What will you do?

  • Provide expertise in the following areas: employee/manager development, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and recognition programs

  • Build credible relationships with key management and business stakeholders in Prague, combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business

  • Understand Wargaming’s vision and strategy, and align HR priorities accordingly

  • Provide guidance to business leaders on the effective management of change within the organization, such as department reorganizations, leadership changes, role restructuring

  • Drive org initiatives in order to improve business efficiency at the product and function level

  • Help develop a company culture that enables employees develop their skills and stay motivated

  • Manage two members of the Prague HR team – HR Operations and HR Admin

  • Oversee all HR operations in Prague

  • Work collaboratively with global and local HR colleagues to deliver and improve HR processes and policies, staying consistent with local legislation

  • Experienced knowledge of Czech Labor code
