Level Artist (World of Tanks PC)

Minsk, Belarus

Wargaming is looking to hire a Level Artist into the World of Tanks PC Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing in-game locations.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and responsible professional who is a good team player.

What will you do?

  • Create terrain height maps

  • Create heightmaps and textures for the outland (the region beyond the playable zone)

  • Fill locations with content, arrange objects and trees

  • Set tiles and decals

  • Plant grass and place debris

  • Develop content for maps (trees, grass, debris, decals, decoration components)

  • Adjust lighting

  • Work with technical documentation

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience working in the games industry as a Level Designer

  • Experience working with game editors

  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop

  • Experience working with SpeedTree CAD 6.0, World Machine

  • Proven skills of texturing

  • Degree in Arts

  • Gaming experience in World of Tanks

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Mudbox suites

  • Knowledge of Agisoft PhotoScan

  • Knowledge of Quixel suite

  • Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English
