JP Country Marketing Manager will oversee one of our products in the APAC region. In this role, you’ll be a dedicated business leader, shaping the future of our product. You’ll be creating a complete marketing experience, leading every facet of the product's journey. You’ll help shape the voice of the product and grow a loyal community by determining its positioning, conducting competitive analysis and participating in feature prioritization and external communications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of branding, marketing, and segmentation. They must have a track record of strong, cross-functional coordination and exhibit robust analytical and communication skills.

We’re looking for a tenacious, strategic and analytical thinker who thrives off challenges, can break down problems, drive solutions, share their experience and knowledge, and learn from future colleagues.

Regional Product Marketing Manager, World of Tanks PC

What will you do?

  • Create and fulfill marketing brand strategy, including brand positioning development and implementation

  • Manage player segmentation, identify and describe core target audience; prepare a target player profile, create target player group descriptions for marketing activities

  • Track and assess competitor activities

  • Develop key messages for strategic and tactical advertising campaigns

  • Analyze past marketing activities

  • Take full responsibility over and manage product marketing budget

What are we looking for?

  • Proven cases of developing and evolving successful brand strategies

  • 5 years’ experience in independently driving product/brand promotion (a portfolio is a plus)

  • Rich experience working with marketing research and segmentation papers to identify and describe target audience

  • Ability and desire to share relevant expertise in strategic marketing, brand marketing, marketing communication, internet marketing and marketing assets development

  • Experience managing marketing projects with large budgets

  • Passion for games (our game projects preferably)

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

  • Experience managing marketing projects with large budgets

  • Dedicated team player with a positive attitude

  • Drive for constant personal development and the development of your field

  • A strong passion to create legendary games

 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Excellent understanding of game industry trends and ability to detect emerging trends

  • Experience working with IT products, ideally—with video games
