Can You Earn Your Wings in World of Warships 2nd Beta Weekend?

During the 2nd Beta Weekend, from January 23–25, players will get to helm the newly introduced 4th class of warship, Aircraft Carriers. This new class brings trademark RTS style gameplay and three types of warplane squadrons (fighters, dive-bombers and torpedo bombers), staffed by a crew of warship commanders with a variety of skills to master.

With the introduction of Aircraft Carriers, the total class of warships has increased to 4, including resilient cruisers, stealthy destroyers, and fearsome battleships from the USA and Japan. Players can take the helm of some iconic WWII vessels such as devastating battleships Yamato and Nagato, and the US’s Pensacola cruiser and Fletcher destroyer.

Testers can now increase these classes all the way up to Tier 10, enhancing their effectiveness in combat and installing additional equipment. An expanded line of consumables will allow players to explore various tactical advantages, augmenting their play-style.

During Beta Weekend, testers get the chance to team up in warships Divisions. Similar in design to Platoons in World of Tanks, three players per division can test their skills against other commanders.
