Wargaming is looking for a talented Head of Talent Acquisition to work in our largest office located in Minsk, Belarus. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiting leader who is able to help architect the next phase of Wargaming’s global talent acquisition strategy. You will own the hiring agenda for all business divisions in Minsk, partner with the business at a senior management level and lead a team of 19 recruiting professionals.

What you will do:

  • Provide innovative thought leadership for the next phase of the company’s global talent acquisition strategy, including a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and available tools and technology
  • Develop and maintain a highly consultative relationship with business division leaders and recruiting managers. In partnership with business stakeholders, develop a vision for talent acquisition in Minsk, aligned to the global talent acquisition strategy
  • Own the hiring plan for Minsk. Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to build an accurate annual hiring plan. Update the plan on a quarterly basis, adjusting to reflect changing business priorities
  • Focus on delivery. Ensure hires are delivered on time against the hiring plan. Adjust team size accordingly to meet hiring plan requirements
  • Ensure the team builds and maintains candidate pipelines for high priority and high volume roles. Utilize a broad range of sourcing channels to identify top talent across the region and beyond
  • Partner with the employer branding team. Develop an employer brand proposition which attracts top talent to Minsk. Ensure the EVP is communicated effectively through multiple channels such as social media, Wargaming’s careers site and employees communicating out through their networks
  • Build hiring manager and interviewer capability. Consult with hiring decision makers, helping them understand key skills and capabilities needed for the next phase of Wargaming’s development. Coach on how best to assess against this criteria
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience. Create a hiring culture that puts the candidate at the center, focusing on quality of experience and providing value back to each candidate through the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with hiring systems and processes. Optimize for speed and quality
  • Understand compensation and benefits required to be competitive in the Belarussian market
  • Provide regular reporting to all stakeholders. Demonstrate value to the business of the TA function, including data and insights that drive business
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of 19 recruiting professionals, raising the bar for Wargaming’s recruiting capability in Minsk
  • Drive improvements in recruiter productivity through effective distribution of workload, streamlined processes and effective use of technology
  • Strengthen further a One Team talent acquisition culture within Minsk. Help develop a collaborative TA team culture globally, including close alignment with TA teams in other CIS countries
  • Own the talent acquisition budget for Minsk, ensuring spend is maintained within budget
  • Own and manage all third-party vendor relationships. Hold third-party vendors accountable for delivering against approved contracts and service level agreements

Requirements:

  • Senior, effective stakeholder management
  • Experience recruiting teams of a significant size
  • Proven track record of delivering against a hiring plan of 300+ hires per annum
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting process end to end
  • Experience of utilizing and deploying recruitment technologies
  • Experience in a highly matrixed environment
  • Budget management skills
  • Russian and English language speaker
  • Experience working in the technology sector preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Results-driven person who like to be impactful and influential on the business
  • At ease with cross-boundary collaboration
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to deal and navigate ambiguity effectively
