Support Specialist (World of Warships)
Wargaming invites the Support Specialist to work on the World of Warships project.
The WOWS Core Team assist our players in solving different issues related to the game, such as in-game property, technical, and financial issues, as well as issues regarding rule violations and appeals.
What will you do?
The specialist will be responsible for supporting World of Warships, communicating in three languages with a multilingual audience on all issues related to the game.
What are we looking for?
Vocational secondary education or higher education
Intermediate or higher level of French language
Intermediate or higher level of one or more of the listed languages: English, German, Polish
Good command of spoken and written Russian
Confident PC user
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Experience in user support
Experience in playing World of Warships—having knowledge of the key mechanics and game events
Gaming experience in projects of different genres
Knowledge of different payment systems (PayPal, WebMoney, Yandex.Money)
Experience in technical support related to PC, as well as peripheral hardware and software operation
Knowledge of network technologies and structures
