直属の上司 

リージョナル CS マネージャーWoWS APAC. 

具体的な仕事内容 

  • お客様問い合わせに迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応すること 

  • 部署マネジャーの指導のもと、お客様と直接コミュニケーションを行うこと 

  • 口頭または文章において、要望に対して迅速かつ的確な返答を行うこと 

  • データ入力および関係部署へのデータ処理依頼 

  • その他の業務

  • 高卒以上または、短大卒以上の方 

  • 最低1年またはそれ同等のカスタマーサービス経験をお持ちの方 

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンスキルをお持ちの方 

  • お客様中心に考え何事にも柔軟に対応できる方 

  • シフト勤務可能な方

Job Overview

The Customer Service representative will provide customers with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service specially, who is willing to serve our players inquires for outstanding customer satisfaction and has passion for PC game.

Reports To

Regional CS Manager, WoWS APAC.

What will you do?

  • Answer customers inquiries promptly and professionally in Japanese

  • Communicate with customers effectively under the guidance of the Department Manager

  • Provide prompt and effective response to customers in verbal/written communication

  • Analyse the responsible market to improve the satisfaction level of local customer

  • Share your idea for product improvement and development

What are we looking for?

  • Japanese native or at least JLPT 1 
  • Passion for Games

  • High school Graduate, Associates Degree preferred

  • At least minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Customer Service industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Willing to work in alternating shifts

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills in Japanese

  • Ability to make a plan and initiate based on OGSM

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Willing to work in alternating shifts
