Team Lead of Tech&Tools Department (World of Warships, PC)

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for experienced Team Leader who may carry on Tech&Tools Department which is a part of our worldwide project World of Warships.

We are the strong team with good professionals at the different areas. Our aim is to deliver best MMO Action game for our players! This sets difficult issues for Tech Department: find the best balance between performance and resources uses, integrate new technology at the large project and many others.

Tech team is responsible for the improvement of client side in-house engine. Our Render Developer works in couple with Tech Artists from Visual Department to provide delicious visual. Also, we provide in-game tools for all Game Designers and Artist on the project to product amazing content.

What will you do?

• Help the teams improve efficiency on their way of constantly making project better;
• Organize constant and stable value delivery of the technologies at the project;
• Continuously optimize workflows and methods;
• Motivate and coach the team;
• Assist Product Owner in prioritizing, planning, and managing risks;
• Ensure transparency of the team’s work;
• Ensure smooth collaboration between the teams and external departments and units of the company;
• Cultivate a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in leading teams consisting of technical specialists;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Decision-making skills;
• Good master of coaching and employees motivation skills;
• Advanced Level of English;
• Readiness to work in our Belgrade office. We support with relocation.
