Reports to
Lead UX Designer
What will you do?
- Translate systems into experiences.
- Design and iterate on flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, using data from research to refine your work.
- Create and express design decisions with a data-informed vision, design rationale and solutions to team members.
- Collaborate with game designers and developers to present game mechanics effectively, and prepare production files, documentation, and specs for UI designers and developers, qa and other team members.
- Advocate for player-centered design by highlighting the importance of player feedback, data-driven decisions in shaping the player experience.
- Work closely with various teams, keeping partners involved and informed thoughted development process
- Ensure a consistent player experience throughout the game.
- Improve existing interface functionality and user experience (players and your coworkers).
- Support the development and maintenance of the UI library.
- Create and maintain clear and detailed design documentation.
- Participate in functionality testing.
- Provide support for ongoing projects.

- Experience in interaction systems design and interface design.
- At least one full game release cycle of experience.
