Job Overview

We are looking for an Audio Designer to help shape the sound of our AAA vehicle hero shooter. If you’ve got solid experience with Wwise, a sharp ear for sound design, aren’t afraid to dive into a custom engine - we want to hear from you. You’ll join the audio team in crafting a rich, immersive soundscape - bringing our game to life through the audio.

Lead Sound Designer

What will you do?

  • Create and implement high-quality interactive audio for vehicles, weapons, abilities, UI, and other in-game elements.
  • Work with the voiceover system and collaborate closely with the narrative design team.
  • Implement audio assets using Wwise and our proprietary custom engine.
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within the project repository.
  • Optimize audio assets and systems for performance across various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues in the game.
  • Innovate and experiment with audio techniques to enhance player immersion through the sound.
  • Collaborate closely with the audio team, game designers, programmers, and other team members.

What are we looking for?

  • Passion for games and game-audio development.
  • Strong skills in sound design content creation.
  • Experience with Wwise and a strong understanding of audio middleware integration.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new tools and workflows, including proprietary engines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience with vehicle audio audio systems.
  • Familiarity with spatial audio technologies.
  • Knowledge of physics-based or procedural audio design.
  • Scripting or basic programming skills.
