Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the World of Tanks team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with programmers, artists, designers, and other disciplines to ensure smooth production processes. You’ll be responsible for setting clear guidelines and success factors at every stage of development, balancing workloads, staying on top of issues, and proactively removing roadblocks to keep projects on track.

To succeed in this position, you should have solid knowledge of the game or software feature production pipeline. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and bring strong communication and people skills, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you do?

  • Create and maintain schedules to be followed and ensure a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each team member’s contributions

  • Set, manage, monitor and report on milestones for team members. Making sure all of the necessary greenlight passed successfully

  • Provide regular reports on team progress to multiple levels of management, share knowledge and experience to aid and improve integration process

  • Balance workload for some of the departments

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, remove roadblocks in production activities

  • Collaborate on a corporate level with other studios based in Vilnius, Prague, Kyiv and Nicosia.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating production activities within international teams

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and risk management best practices
  • Extensive knowledge of tech pipelines, DLC, and related terminology

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project, or other planning/project management tools
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Russian (written and spoken)

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external teams on feature design and implementation.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3700 - 4200 monthly gross.
