Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our Contract Management Team, with a primary focus on vendor expense contracts while also managing additional contract types. The Contract Management Team plays a key role in supporting the portfolio of products and services across the company group—and the various offices and locations in different jurisdictions—by ensuring that vendor-related contractual documentation is compliant, efficient, and aligned with company policies. This role is critical in minimizing risk and ensuring operational success through contract compliance and end-to-end contract lifecycle administration. The Contract Management Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

The Contract Management Specialist will report to the Contract Management Team Lead

What will you do?

  1. Contract Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with internal policies and ground rules
  • Review standardized/templated revenue and expense contractual documentation
  • Perform document reconciliation, data validation, and quality checks in preparation for execution
  • Initiate necessary changes based on reviews

      2. Risk Identification & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Identify potential risks in contracts
  • Collaborate with Contract Advisory, Compliance, Legal teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Advise business requestors on standard practices and approaches toward contracts and related documentation

     3. Contract Lifecycle Management & Process Documentation

  • Process a document through the full lifecycle, from initiation phase through execution, signing, and archiving
  • Collaborate with Contract Management team members to share knowledge and evaluate cases

     4. Contract Review

  • Review templated legal documents (contracts, agreements, incl. the Master Service Agreements (MSA), amendments, etc.) for accuracy and compliance, from both legal and administrative perspectives
  • Liaise with internal Legal Counsels for guidance on legal matters

     5. Centralized Document Management

  • Administrate a centralized Document Management System (DMS) to ensure accurate and timely access to contract and document information
  • Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and record-keeping of all contracts and related documents

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in contract management, legal operations, or a similar role.
  • Law degree.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Legal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects and competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience working in international company/environment
  • Professional proficiency in any other language is a plus
