Job Overview

Wargaming Prague is looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist who will present a positive first impression and be our go-to and can-do person in the office. 
 
The main tasks of the Office Support Assistant are to be the first point of contact and to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the office including internal and external questions, supporting in-company processes, and communication. The Office Support Assistant works closely with the Office Administration team on all aspects of the office premises, equipment, facilities, office services, supplies and events.

What will you do?

  • Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Oversee daily upkeep of meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, and office supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Manage kitchen and office inventory, including supplies, refreshments, and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support for organizing events, team activities, and office initiatives.
  • Assist employees with ad-hoc needs such as office inventory requests, working lunches, or meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including mail, packages, phone calls, and emails.
  • Take on additional organizational and administrative tasks as needed to support the office.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, customer-service attitude.
  • Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.

  • It’s a plus if you love video games or have experience following gaming trends!

Work mode

  • Onsite, 25 hours per week, from 8:30 to 13:30 (Monday - Friday)
  • Candidates have to be eligible to work in the Czech Republic (EU nationals and individuals holding a valid visa/residence permit).
