Job Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Global IT PMO team.

The IT PMO team is part of Wargaming’s Global IT department - a truly international team working across multiple locations to deliver high-quality internal IT initiatives and services that support teams across the business.

This role is ideal for a classic Project Manager who enjoys structure, organization, and bringing people together to deliver successful outcomes. You’ll work across a variety of internal IT projects, coordinating distributed teams, managing stakeholders, driving communication, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly from planning through to delivery.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining clear project documentation and communication across both Russian- and English-speaking teams, making strong language and interpersonal skills essential for success in this position.

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within the Global IT domain
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams across different locations
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and users
• Plan and control project timelines, scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Apply and adapt project management methodologies depending on project needs, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall approaches
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, roadmaps, and meeting follow-ups
• Prepare project-related documentation in both Russian and English, including checkpoints, updates, and communication materials
• Drive clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
• Quickly learn new domains and gather knowledge from colleagues by asking the right questions and collaborating effectively

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within IT or related areas
• Strong understanding of classical Project Management principles, processes, and procedures
• Knowledge of established project management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI standards, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall
• Excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A people-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and personalities
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Ability to independently create, structure, and maintain project documentation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and navigate new environments

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure/systems
• Experience working in PMO or enterprise IT environments
• Fluent Russian
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Work mode

• Hybrid.
