Player Interaction Manager (World of Warships)
Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a Player Interaction Manager to work on World of Warships in our Belgrade office.
We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, and the ability to understand the needs of players and combine them with business goals.
What will you do?

Work directly with the Community, Content, and Production teams to inform and consult on game development matters, and create publications to keep players informed about upcoming changes.

Maintain constant communication with the development team to negotiate new updates and features based on player feedback and business requirements.

Prepare documentation describing new features and functionality.

Provide additional informational support for game releases.

Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating between publishing and development teams.

Foster ongoing and productive collaboration between community teams across all regions.

Regularly organize release retrospectives, compile reports, and analyze player feedback.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, and the ability to understand the needs of players and combine them with business goals.

Fluent English — written and spoken — B2 or higher.

2+ years of experience working in a team environment with shared success metrics and effective collaboration.

Several years of active online PC gaming.
-
High level of critical thinking.

Ability to prove your point of view.

Proactive and self-driven.
What additional skills will help you stand out?

Deep knowledge of World of Warships and a good record of game experience will be a huge plus, as you will be able to onboard quickly.

Game industry experience.

Russian or Serbian language - will be a plus.

Community and product management experience.
Work mode
- Onsite during probation period and hybrid (3 days of work from the office) after probation period.
