Graphic Designer (World of Warships Franchise)

Job Overview

Wargaming  Belgrade is looking for a highly skilled and passionate designer to join the Communication Design team for World of Warships projects. Our team is responsible for creating the brand’s visual communications, including promotional materials, digital content, and the visual design of in-game events, while maintaining a consistent visual identity and helping build an emotional connection between the game and its audience.

Design Team Lead

What will you do?

• Presentation design: development and adaptation of presentation templates, creation of infographics, markup and adaptation of ready materials from other departments 

• Creation of materials for project portal and YouTube channel (infographics, icons, lower third for video clips, preview for news, photo processing) 

• Creation of materials for marketing promotion of the project (banners, mailing lists, partner materials) 

• Creation of logos and other graphic elements for our new rubrics and events 

• Creation of prototypes and mockups for souvenir production (prints for t-shirts, stickers, souvenirs) 

• Multipage layout (preparation of presentations, booklets, etc.) 

• Creation and maintenance of work documentation and templates 

• Taking part in brainstorms, ideas development with the creative team

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a designer 

• Proficient in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 

• Ability to combine a creative approach in work and performing routine tasks 

• Ability to follow guidelines 

• Attention to detail and deadlines 

• Readiness to share knowledge with the team: following trends, researching the best design decisions and sharing them with each other 

• Intermediate English (B2) or higher

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Basic art creation skills 

• Skills in 3D art (Blender) 

• Experience with AI tools 

What would we like to see in your portfolio?

Please provide an up-to-date portfolio showcasing work across different platforms and formats. We would like to see your ability to create clear and engaging visual communication through presentations, infographics, icons, promotional materials, and digital content. It is important for us to understand how you work with composition, typography, branding, and visual storytelling while maintaining a consistent visual style across different communication channels. 

Additional experience in logo design, visual identity systems, and branding will be considered a strong advantage, as well as the ability to build and adapt a brand’s visual identity across different platforms and media. 

Work mode

• During the probation period: onsite 

• After the probation period: onsite or hybrid (3 days per week in the office) 

• This position does not include relocation support
