Lunar Mode is ready to blast off once again, transporting tankers to that great silver disc in the sky. Available from today until December 20, Xbox 360 and Xbox One tankers can slip the surly bonds of earth and touch down on “Moon River”. Here, all prospective space cowboys/cowgirls will be equipped with the M-24 Chaffee, a vehicle totally rebuilt for near-weightless lunar combat. As players drift and glide around “Moon River”, they can put the M-24 Chaffee’s cannon to good use and rapidly fire off laser rounds to best their otherworldly opponents.
Lunar Mode is free to play* for all registered World of Tanks users, and it’s an out of this world event that tankers don’t want to miss.
