Players can look forward to an entire hall dedicated to their favorite games, plus a powerful live performance by metal legends Sabaton
July 11th, 2025 – Wargaming is excited to join gamescom 2025, the world’s largest gaming expo, taking place in Cologne, Germany. Under the PLAY BIG banner, we’re introducing a special Wargaming Day – a tribute of our legendary franchises, World of Tanks and World of Warships, and the passionate community behind them.
On August 21, Wargaming will take over the gamescom Event Arena in Hall 1 for a full day of celebration and entertainment. Access to the arena on Wargaming Day will be included with a regular gamescom ticket, no additional passes are required.
Here’s what all attendees can expect:
- A full day of action in an expansive 5,400-square-meter arena featuring gaming zones and high-energy stage performances.
- Exclusive presentations of Wargaming’s flagship titles.
- Anniversary celebrations marking 15 years of World of Tanks and 10 years of World of Warships.
- Special Merchandise: bonus codes, souvenirs, and gifts for everyone, all day long.
- And the ultimate power play: a high-energy live music performance from metal legends Sabaton and SWARM - the electrifying industrial EDM artist
As part of Wargaming Day, the Community Lounge will offer a dedicated space designed especially for our most passionate players. This exclusive area features comfortable seating, refreshments and special activities. Players will have the chance to meet those who bring their favorite games to life: developers, contributors, influencers, and connect with others who share the same passion for our games. The tickets for the Community Lounge are free, but the number of spaces is limited. The registration starts on July 7 via our games Discord channels, so stay tuned!
Following Wargaming Day, the celebrations continue with our traditional Player Party on August 22 – a relaxed, in-person gathering complete with snacks, drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere. Tickets will be available on the games Discord channels as well.
