Together, the two will bring next-gen free-to-play military MMOs to the Chinese market

Today, Wargaming has revealed a long-term strategic partnership with 360 Games, China’s largest internet security company.

Together, both companies are aiming to bring next-gen free-to-play military MMOs to the Chinese gaming market, following on from the massively popular World of Tanks, a global hit since 2011. The titles to be created under the partnership will utilize Wargaming’s cutting-edge engine technology, which will provide epic game experiences by introducing hundreds of new vehicles, a miscellany of gameplay modes and stunning graphics.

“Wargaming is one of the world’s leading game developers, and we are very excited to earn the opportunity to bring ripping military MMOs to China together with a game industry leader.” states Hongyi Zhou, Chairman and CEO of 360 Group. “For our part, we are committed to do our best to deliver unique content and first-class experiences to our players.”

“Wargaming has always been very careful in selecting our partners.” states Victor Kislyi, CEO of Wargaming. “360 is the biggest internet security company in China and has great advantages in terms of traffic and resources, and also boasts impressive experience in game publishing. Most importantly, 360 cares about its products and its users, which fits our philosophy perfectly. We believe new titles born under this collaboration will become great successes in China and bring the best experiences and services to our Chinese players.”

Further details regarding both the partnership and the new titles will be revealed at a later date.
