World of Tanks Update 1.0 shifts to Open Beta today! The remaster is set to take the game to the cutting edge of technology with no adverse effect on performance.
Update 1.0, scheduled for release in March 2018, boosts the online tank combat experience with a host of advanced solutions for graphics processing and rendering, including Havok® Technology, PBR, advanced lighting and shading. On top of greater visual fidelity, the installment reinvents the game’s sound with a line-up of original tracks. Each in-game location receives its own unique musical theme that resonates with the map setting, creating a unique atmosphere for each battlefield.
