Jerry Prochazka has joined the Wargaming team as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than 15 years of human resource operations and leadership experience in the video game and publishing industries. Jerry will be at the helm of Wargaming’s cultural growth and innovation in employee engagement and retention strategies.
A veteran of the industry, he has been the driving force for implementing talent management strategies, playing pivotal roles in letting corporate culture flourish. Along with his other executive management positions, Jerry has nine years of leadership experience in nuclear engineering with the United States Navy.
