AI Business Manager
Job Overview
As an AI Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business workflows to uncover opportunities where AI can drive the most value and solve critical challenges. Your role will focus on assessing the business potential of AI projects, from the initial idea through to development and post-launch evaluation. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI products, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. By collaborating with cross-functional teams you'll guide the development of AI solutions that optimize processes, enhance performance, and create competitive advantages while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

What will you do?
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to solve business challenges and create competitive advantages.
- Validate hypotheses on the business value of AI initiatives.
- Manage the entire AI product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment, adoption, and updates.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Assess the impact of AI models on business metrics and calculate the economics of implementing LLM/GenAI solutions.
- Partner with software engineers, UX designers, ML engineers, and AI artists to deliver high-quality AI products and pipelines.
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI models.
- Build and refine processes for prompt engineering in LLM-based systems.
- Facilitate assessments with security and legal teams to ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and company policies.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, with direct exposure to AI product management being a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) technologies, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and cost management in technology products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of conveying the value and limitations of LLM/GenAI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable strategies and execution plans.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to dive deep into metrics to assess the impact of product decisions.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python to support analysis of model outputs, user interactions, and product performance.
